|
Established on 10th October,
1977 at Guwahati in the state of Assam at the local level, it expanded
to 23 towns/cities of the North-Eastern States by the year 1983. It got
the national outlook in its First National Convention held at Guwahati
on 18th, 19th & 20th January, 1985 in a very short span of less than
eight years. Today, it has more than 256 branches throughout the country
with its Headquarter at Delhi. |
The main aim of the MANCH is
to organize the youth force scattered directionless for want of appropriate
leadership and to prepare them for making due contribution to the progress
of the community as well as of the nation through the process of individual
development by mobilizing their youth power in constructive directions
and making them conscious about their social obligations so that the dignity
of the community may be reestablished. Manch gives ample opportunity to
the youths who may give leadership in any sector. It is, therefore, the
fundamental desire of the Marwari Yuva Manch that the youth force be organized
to become duty bound for all round development of the nation at social,
economical, political, physical as well as moral level along with that
of the Marwari community. |
